Letsbonus, founded in 2009, was a Social Shopping company in South Europe and Latinamerica with presence in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Colombia, México, Argentina and Chile. In January 2012, LetsBonus was sold to LivingSocial, a leading global social ecommerce platform partially owned by Amazon.

Antai Ventures

In 2012, Miguel co-founded Antai Ventures, the leading online and mobile venture builder in Southern Europe. Their venture is to create new business models, select the best talent and co-found the new venture with them, accompanying them through the whole process. Since then, he co-founded through Antai multiple ventures with international presence such as Wallapop, Glovo, Nemuru, Lifecole, Platanomelon and Marmota, among others.
